Forza Horizon 2 brought the franchise's open world racer to the Xbox One. Building on Turn 10's proprietary FM5 engine, FH2 was an open-world adventure set in Southern France and Northern Italy.
I established the foundational lighting for FH2, working with the Playground development team to enhance the look of both day and night lighting scenarios. Project Art Director Terrance Newell, Playground Lighting Lead Jamie Wood, and I created a dynamic and appealing lighting experience for the players.
I also refined the lighting for the Xbox 360 version, pushing the previous generation tech to its visual limits.
